Abstract:
The present paper makes a second study on the fossil oogonia of the Charophyta from the Nanxiong Basin, Guangdong. The first study (Huang Ren-jin, 1979) concerned the charophyte fossil of Late Cretaceous and Paleogene from the same basin, while the present one contains Cretaceous-Tertiary boundary and charopbytes of this basin.
