1、 All authors agree to publish this paper in Acta Palaeontologica Sinica (APS), and agree to license all copyright rights including but not limited to reproduction rights, distribution rights, information network dissemination rights, broadcasting rights, performance rights, translation rights, compilation rights, adaptation rights, and other copyright rights to the editorial department of Acta Palaeontologica Sinica (APS) (hereinafter referred to as the "editorial department") worldwide for use, The editorial department has the right to use the following methods, including but not limited to:
1). Including but not limited to the use of licensed content in various known or future forms, formats, and media, such as optical discs, disks, networks, etc., for reproduction, distribution, information network dissemination, broadcasting, or other means of dissemination;
2). Translate, adapt, compile the paper, and use the charts, abstracts, or any part of the paper to derive other works;
3). Except for its own use, this publication has the right to license third-party platforms and others to exercise the aforementioned rights.
2、 License fee: After the paper is officially published, this journal will pay the author a one-time remuneration (including license fee).
3、 Intellectual Property Commitment: The author of the paper guarantees that the paper is an original work and does not involve academic misconduct such as confidentiality or multiple submissions. In the event of infringement or leakage of information, the author of the paper shall bear all responsibilities and be responsible for compensating for all losses caused to Acta Palaeontologica Sinica (APS).

Explain:
1. Please be sure to register and add the information of all authors who have signed on the manuscript when submitting.
2. The authorization letter must be signed by the author at the same time as the submission. If an author is unable to personally sign for any reason, they can have someone sign on their behalf. Please send an email to the editorial department to explain the reason.
3. After filling out this authorization form, please scan and upload it to the submission system or send it to the email of Acta Palaeontologica Sinica (APS).
4. This authorization letter will automatically take effect upon successful submission by the author, and it is assumed that all authors agree to this agreement. This agreement shall remain valid until the author sends the signed paper version to the editorial department. If the submitted paper is not accepted, this agreement will automatically become invalid.
