    摘要:
    The fusulinids dealt with in this paper were collected in 1955 by Mr.L.S.Wong of a field party sent by the Ministry of Geology in the vicinity of BeiyinObo,Inner Mongolia(formerly province Suiyuan).The fusulinid-bearing bedof this area was named by Mr.Wong the Lalaotu limestone.No data of stra-tigraphical sequence of this region are readily available.Since no informationof the fusulines in this region has been hitherto known,the present discoveryaffords therefore some interest.

    本文描述的几种更新世晚期哺乳类化石是1957年5月辽宁省文化局寄交中国科学院古脊椎动物研究所研究的。标本采自该省建平、康平两个地点,大部分都很破碎,但其中有一些是在东北地区很少发现(如Ovis ammon,和Spirocerus cf.kiakhtensis)或从未发现过的(如Elaphurus menziesianus);它们在动物分布和地质时代上有着一定的意义。

    The material dealt with in this paper was collected in 1955 by Mr.L.H.Wong and others of 241.Party of the Geological Bureau of North China,Ministry of Geology,at a locality about 20 km north-east of Beiyin Obo,InnerMongolia.According to the collectors’field observation,all the corals occur ina limestone imbedded in a red sandstone series,striking east to west and dip-ping to north.The thickness of the red sandstone series is unknown,it is over-lain by the Upper Carboniferous Triticites bed.The coral-horizon is estimatedat about 2,500 meters below the Triticites bed.No detailed stratigraphical dataare available.The corals described here comprise the following species

    (一)引言我国泥盆纪化石,虽然还在1846年就已有报导,但是最先的化石资料多购自药店,不但产地不明而且缺乏地层的意义。近三、四十年来,由于地质矿产调查日渐开展,泥盆纪的划分与对比工作才能顺利进行。一般说来,中、下泥盆纪的问题不大,而上泥盆纪的划分仍未有统一的认识。关于中国上泥盆纪古生物羣,各方面都有人从事研究,如葛利普、田奇(?)研究腕足类,孙云铸、计荣森、乐森(?)、俞建章研究珊瑚,孙云铸、赵金科研究菊石类等。这些工作,特别是葛利普的研究工作和丁文江在西南野外的采集工作,都为我国南部上泥盆纪分层奠定了基础。近几年来我国古生物地层学者如孙云铸、田奇(?)、乐森(?)、赵金科、侯佑堂、侯德封、王钰、顾知微、杨敬之等先后在我国南部、西南部及西北等地区

    Ⅰ.INTRODUCTION The Devonian has been known in China since 1920 through the workof Grabau and C.C.Tien(on brachipods),Y.C.Sun and K.K.Chao(onammonites),Y.C.Sun,Y.S.Chi,C.C.Yu and H.C.Wang(on corals),butthe Upper Devonian stratigraphy of China remains obscure.Grabau first pointed out the fact that the Clymenia fauna originated inthe Boreal Sea and widely distributed in Northern Europe such as SouthernEngland,Western France,Poland,and also the Pyrence,and the Alps.Thiscan be clearly indicated by the fact that the Clymenia fauna is well developed inthe rocks of the Ural geosyncline,and Southern Russia appears to be the onlypossible line of their connection.Thus,the Boreal sea was connected withboth the Caledonian and Uralian Geosynclinès,which laid along the periphery

    一.引言三峡区志留纪地层早经中外地质学者报导,特别是在1924年李四光、赵亚曾首次划分三峡志留系为龙马页岩和新滩层,并在龙马页岩中发现大批笔石羣,因而奠定了三峡志留纪地层划分的基础。次年、谢家荣、赵亚曾除在该区进行研究外,并详细划分罗惹坪区地层为下中上三部,下为龙马溪页岩,中为罗惹坪系,上为纱帽层,综合三层取名为杂滩系,均为下志留纪。特别值得注意的是,谢家荣和赵亚曾曾在罗惹坪统灰岩层中采集了大批腕足类、珊瑚等化石羣,这些化石羣虽提供了该区志留纪的重要资料,但从未获得任何一种上志留纪的标准化石,罗惹坪五龙观剖面又未测完,因而上志留纪地层被遗漏,当然不可能肯定该区有上志留纪的存在(如表1)
